From the Heart of a Cowboy, every bandana carries a piece of your journey.

More than just a cut of cloth, it’s a mark of resilience and grit from the stories you’ve lived. Whether it’s dust from the trail, a festival adventure, sweat from a day’s work, or a tear shed along the way, your bandana stays a part of your story, wherever it unfolds. What story will yours be a part of?

Our Story

Cowboy Tears was inspired by my first Stagecoach festival in 2016. What was supposed to be a girl’s weekend was the beginning of a love story.

I met my husband Tyler while dancing in the pit. Like many festival goers - he had a bandana covering his face to protect against the dust and grit of the desert. My curiosity was instantly piqued by the mysterious man behind the bandana and when he pulled it down to introduce himself, I was instantly flustered by his beautiful smile. Little did I know that bandana would become a symbol through the course of our relationship.

While we were long-distance, I would spray that bandana with my perfume and he would keep it in his back pocket while performing on tour.

On our wedding day, he used that same bandana to wipe my tears during our first look.

And thus, the  idea for Cowboy Tears was born. One little piece of cloth transforms itself through work, sweat, memories and tears. You grab for it as you navigate life, using it for various reasons in various instances, and it becomes an extension of you.

My hope is that these beautiful pieces of fabric become a part of your life’s story the same way my husband’s bandana has become part of mine.

Me and Bo

Bo was Ty's tour bus driver. The second I met him, I knew he must be the focal point of Cowboy Tears. On the road, he was our sense of security, he protected us. We filmed this Cowboy Tears video on his farm in Virginia, a mere two days before he had surgery to remove the prostate cancer, that he is currently fighting. Despite his battle, he opened his doors to us. Welcomed us onto his farm, and into his home. He’s one of the strongest men we’ve ever known, but even the toughest sweat and cry sometimes.
